It should appear on the menu once you got all the requirements, unless if it's too broken that the newer base are not compatible with it anymore.

Ahh, well you should only use one of them, as both of them runs on different versions of the MW Base.

It says that there's a conflict between those two. So wich one of the addons is the most recommended to keep?

i've just installed this addon and it doesnt appear in the "Modern Warfare" section on the weapons tab (I have the required addons btw) am i missing something or i have to restart GMod?
