can you make a dispenser where it throws medkits and suit battery to you? like if you are at full hp and full battery then it will stop throwing

okay, a few problems.
1. sentry spinning too fast
2. taller than a normal sentry
3. oversteer
4. a pain to set up
5. sentry gun in minenimator
6. where upgrade
I know this is a bad workshop item, but it's a bit impressive. if it gets better, it gets a better rating (my opinion). i give it a 6/10.

You have to read the e2 and delete the #error line for now, since the updated wiremod is a pain to work with.
I am trying to reinstall gmod to get the older version back so e2 can be easy again.
