Extract this mod by inserting the id in the link of this page (2874875457) into the search bar of Steam\steamapps\workshop\content\4000 and open 2874875457. Now open another tab up and go to Steam\steamapps\common\GarrysMod\bin and scroll down to gmad.exe then drag the contents of 2874875457 onto gmad.exe and you will have backed up the file. You can rename it to whatever you want, it doesn't matter. Put this file into Steam\steamapps\common\GarrysMod\garrysmod\addons then restart Garry's Mod, and play. You should see a weapon category named "Krazy's TFA Weapons" if you see this category then you should have the 9k38 igla. (This is how I did it and it worked for me)
