How do I use mod? Do I like need to get into game files or something for it to work or something??? I'm SO confused

There is a bug of this mod I recently find. The Postfix patch of UIOriginCardSlot.SetData and BattleDiceCardUI.SetCard has low priority that it can override the efffects of Postfix patches that allows to show 9+ Cost from other mods, making them only show leftmost number.

There is no way for the game to detect the absence of this premise mod unless it is implemented in the mod itself that uses it.
(I think setting this up as a prerequisite for the workshop would be a good measure.)

If you just replace the rarity in RarityChangeInfo.xml, it will just reflect the original rarity if not installed.
If other features are used, they may not function correctly.

If mod uses this front-end program but the game does not install it, will mod report an error? Or just unable to display custom colors? (Please forgive my Machine translation)
