Here's how you can do it:
1: Go to your Gmod folder, then go to garrysmod/dupes
2: Locate the dupe's thumbnail and copy it's name
3: Make a (square) thumbnail in your preferred program(s) and save it as a JPEG with the same name as the original thumbnail
4: Copy the new thumbnail to your dupes folder, and select "yes" when asked if you want to replace the existing file
5: Restart Gmod if it's open
6: Update this dupe with the dupe that now has a custom thumbnail
7: Done!

Does anybody know how to change the thumbnail of the page?
