Here's a list!
I made is down special stun much harder to allow you to land hits
forward special is larger
has less end-lag for his normal attacks
Up special doesn't force you to squat on the ground when going forward
Landing after Nair doesn't force you to squat

Most of these stuff I made to just make him more fun to use
