So many clever choices here. Qhapaq Nan giving gold frees you up financially to make use of the Incan buffed domestic trade routes. It being an improvement helps to gut (imo gimmicky) preserve spam and makes it an actual choice to consider. Qhapaq Nan tourism makes Inca true generalists like they're intended to be, rather than the science civ they end up 90% of the time. Another JNR mod that should just be basegame
