There was a story told in the regiment I served in here in Brazil about one of our M41s, the Fúria (Fury), who supposedly killed a corporal. He was with his head out of the driver's hatch when the turret's turning mechanism broke and caused the turret to spin, hitting the cannon barrel in his neck, breaking it, and killing him. Instructors always told this story when training new drivers. We no longer have M41s in active service by the way, but we keep one or another for parades which is very cool.
