Its a download pack of all the survivors but only as Hitomi, in this case. And when I extracted the file & opened the folder, there's already .vpk files for each survivor. I just picked the one I wanted & uploaded on here.

how did you edit the skin in then? posting a survivor mod from gamemaps to the steam workshop wouldn’t be possible, how did you do it?

If its on gamemaps, then that would be easier to do. And keep in mind, I'm not a full fledged modder. So unless l4dkk can make a skin edit of Sayuri, then its not gonna happen.
