To your first question, yes I can, but I probably wont for a little while.
To your second question, I chose to use metal wheels because the rubber wheels aren't the correct size, don't look as good, and because of the weight, the tungsten wheels still work fine.

Also, why the steel wheels throughout? Underneath, it's best to have rubber wheels.
