If the tech tree of UTTNH mod disappears by method 1.
There is a high possibility that there is a phenomenon that cannot be confirmed on this PC, so first start the game with only UTTNH mod and SNM mod and check if the UTTNH mod tech tree is displayed.
Next, launch the game with only the UTTNH mod and check if the tech tree for the UTTNH mod is displayed.

If the tech tree added by UTTNH mod disappears by using SNM UTTNH PLUS mod.
Please start the game with only UTTNH mod, SNM mod, SNM UTTNH PLUS mod and check if the tech tree of UTTNH mod is added successfully.

The Warhead and Missile Tooltips in the SNMpanel describe the required techniques.
Every day we check if you have the required technology and if you do, you will be awarded SNM Tech.
Therefore there is no tech tree.

I launch UTTNH with this mod but i cant seem to find the tech tree for researching warheads and nukes ??

You should join the UTTNH Discord, so they could add this mod to the official submod section
