Giving you a 4.5 for that one.
Atleast getting it back is easier late game but it's pretty annoying
anyway I'm gonna keep playing this mod.
Nah. No desire to go back to BE, probably not even after the expansion drops. Just no interest.
This mod should seamlessly override EUI's UnitPanel without a problem; the only thing you'll be missing is the ugly mission button layout and the uglier unit icons. :V
Alternatively, if you're using Community Patch or DLL Various Mod Components, you can delete this mod's UnitPanel without issue.
You don't have to code. Just need to know how to do basic image editing and how to type, then make the art and dialog. I would then put it in the mod.
If you want to make his icon, leaderscreen, and loading screen, as well as write up some dialog for him, then I'll include it in the mod as an optional alternate leader and credit you.
Gat's too busy being a murderous sociopath to run a country.
Also, right now I am greatly paring down the amount of time I spend modding, therefore I'm not doing much for my older mods other than bugfixes.
Would probably be possible, but I don't particularly like using EUI due to its visuals and slower performance, so introducing a EUI merge for my UnitPanel replacements is bottom priority for me.
But is it possible to make your UnitPanel compatible with EUI?
Do note that if you elect to use EUI's UnitPanel instead of mine, you will not be able to use any of the special abilities of units/civilizations in those mods. (Joyride, Nitrous, OSP Upgrade, Pull from Gate of Babylon)
The problem for Saints Row -- 3rd Street Saints Civilization Mod is that it replaces the UnitPanel.lua which clashes with Enhanced User Interface. Also Gligamesh and MSF Civ Subsistence Mods clashes with Enhanced User Interface too.
Better do not Pierce's head, and the boss, instead of the unit to make the unit gang boss with 2 attacks and 2 to move through the city.
Julius would make a weak choice for the current (latter-day?) Saints. The Saints we all know and love are about committing crimes in the craziest manner possible and crushing any gangs which get in their way.
As a note, if you're playing with Events and Decisions and your game goes on long enough, Julius will appear as an Event.
You don't have to disable the mods. Just delete, move, or rename the copies of UnitPanel.lua from all of your mods other than Wish for the World and everything should work fine.
UnitPanel.lua clashing has been a known thing since Wish For The World's release; it uses an updated version of that file containing Magical Girl-related functions not called within the shared UP.lua replacement for MSF, Saints, and Gilgamesh. Those three can run fine alongside each other (and alongside the Rebellion pack), but stir Wish in and Bad Things Happen.
Wish's UP.lua contains the same contexts for Lua entry points as the other UP.lua replacements, just on different lines, so it's safe to delete conflicting copies (or shove 'em in a storage folder if you want to play non-Wish games with those civs later).
