Nice ship! I believe the piston program block run args are inverted.

7a should be:
Piston 1, 10, 0.1
Piston 2, 10, 0.1
Piston 3, 10, 0.1

7b should be:
Piston 1, -10, 5
Piston 2, -10, 5
Piston 3, -10, 5
