can you please make them blue?

I cant seem to figure out how to recruit either of your skink units? I'm currently playing as oxyotyl, and none of the buildings say that they make these units?

This guys is actually a full unit. However, more than happy to consider some balancing.

Legendary lord Oxyotl armor is 30
Lord Red Crested Skink Chief armor is 50
Hero Skink Chief armor is 30
This character's armor seems overkill.
Also, since it is a halberd infantryman, it seems unreasonable that armor penetration is not the main damage. It seems that holding a normal spear or penetrating armor should be the main damage.

I write this in the hope that it will be a new character that melts into the rules of the game.
