As per the mod description, it already has this mod included, so don't use this with apo.
Psychic bat : I haven't seen a single regular bat that wasn't spawned by a mob since I downloaded this mod. The effect if inflict is *really fucking cool* but I would make it a clear minority compared to its regular counterpart. Like one of these for 4/5 regular.
But overall it's really really great and fun, with cool artwork too. It has that nice vibe that made me question some mobs if they were modded or not. (Like all the master definitely felt like it was vanilla stuff)
Also big shout out to the blobs, love these guys.
TNT mimic : is *way* too common, I've seen it in a good quarter of my runs and such commoness makes it loses the surprise factor for pure annoyance pretty fast.
Minecart Hisii : seems to be immunes to most type of environnemental damage ? (Not sure, I've seen weird stuff with them, but they definitely don't need to breath) It become way too tanky for being enjoyable to fight in the early moments of the run, where it's found, while removing some of the "Find your own solutions" aspect that Noita has to it.
Giant Toxic Worm (Boss): Very cool design, can't wait to have a run were I can wrech its worm ass. My only "issue" is that it would cooler to have to dig the egg, like for the dragon, instead of it spawning when we get close.
I don't want cats earraping me every time I start a run, thank you very much.
I recommend testing if the lag still persists with new enemies disabled, as it's on the rougher end performance wise
The floating transparent skull guys aren't from my mods, they could be from alternate biomes or new enemies.
It sounds like you have a lot of mods enabled and one of them is causing a conflict, maybe some kind of enemy champion/random modifiers mod?
Unfortunately I'll be busy for the next few days so I won't be able to help personally, but if you go to the #mod-support channel in the Noita discord, someone should be able to help figure out what's going on

What I got so far: Centipede innards = Centipede blood, Blazing red powder = Gunpowder, Husk of Insects = Insect Husk. I poured all 3 into the cauldron, but nothing happened.
They only spawn inside the mountain entrance, at the base of the Kolmi's ramp or if you manually spawn them in using spells, so they shouldn't be spawning where any enemies are; similarly they shouldn't block shots if they're set to be immortal in the mod settings.
This has been fixed and will be patched in the next update
what does it do?
On January 8th it'll be different, and then it'll change on January 9th as well, and so on like that
Message of the day
More creeps and weirdos succesfully initialised
i turned it on in the options and now it says that. the initial message was normal
If you send me your mod list I could investigate further, I believe there's a mod conflict issue causing the crash as I can't seem to replicate it
@MythRillin By acid do you mean straightup acid or toxic sludge? A lot of people mix the two up so I want to make sure we're on the same material.
Also, if the worm had legs attached to it and it was green, it likely belonged to new enemies or new biomes
