No need for this anymore (5.1.2). When fealty is at 10 points, use last emperor's decree for 2500. It is not happening automatically, anymore.

Can confirm this still works. I'm 243 turns deep on a save that i started on 6/5 and i didnt get confederation offers until i installed this mod (as the Empire). I have 24 other mods installed as well so i would expect conflicts, but looks like it fixed my issue as 2 turns later i got confederation offers.

As said below, CA supposedly fixed this issue (I haven't been able to try it out yet), but thank you for making this mod. As for others, this mod enabled me to play The Empire as intended prior to 2.3. Your hard work is much appreciated!

They supposedly just fixed this, however I must say a MASSIVE thank you to you Firby for making this mod. You saved my campaign, and honestly made the last few weeks much more tolerable by making it so I could truly enjoy this game despite other stressors.

Does not wotk, no mods, got ostenmark, stirland, soddenland, averland, middenland, ostland and nordland at 10 fealty and nothing. Might be that Ostland went crazy and capturd Hochland and Katarin has a settlemnt captured in Ostenmark but thats all.

Unfortunately this doesn't work for me either in my current campaign after continuing for 10 turns I still have no Dilemmas pop. This is an unmodded campaign apart from this mod

Worked perfectly in an in progress MP campaign. Got the prompts for confederation 1st turn after install.
Nothing like a mod to unfuck a critical bug....that could be hotfixed...

Does this conflict with All Diplomatic Options - Vassalize, Confederate? I am still have the same confederation issue even on a new game.

@shussainll412 I am sure it is save game compatible. I verified it on my own broken save. It is possible you are encountering a separate bug or I missed a case. If you want to provide more information, enable script logging , create an issue [github.com], and attach the log file after ending your turn at least once so the politics script runs.

@shussainll412 I added it mid-save and it worked for me. Won't trigger the next turn tho, it takes a while (I think around 10 turns or more)

This was working but has now stopped working in the same campaign that it previously fixed - probably the Empire Politics script failed again after another Elector took another town... so repeat of the original bug.

The mod doesn't seem to work with my current save.
I've also got the walls for t3 settlements enabled but I made sure I reinstalled the Confederation fix mod installed first.

I'm over 140 turns into my empire campaign with all elector counts ( Middenland, Ostermark, Averheim, Stirland, Talabecland and Nordland) all at 10 points but none of them have offered confederation for a long while now and I added this mod to see if I would get the event next turn but nope. Still nothing. Are you sure your mod is save game compatible? I loaded the game with just your mod. I hate that CA has essentially ruined my favourite faction when they were just fine a patch ago.

Tested up to turn 70.

Life saver mod for my empire campaign. Mod really works, just remember to put it at top of mod list, as other mods could overwrite it like in my case

I tried it on an ongoing 2.2 campaign and I can confirm that it works. Haven't been getting political dilemmas since turn 23 (turn 60 save), and started getting them right after installing this mod.
No other mods installed.

Seems to fix some issues but not all.. I've just ran on an old save that i gave up on (it was a 2.2 game though) and it didn't do anything, but i am seeing others who it is working for, only other mod i have is infinite respec if that makes any difference!

@freakpear have you got the recruit defeated legendary lords mod enabled? The problem seems to be caused by that mod. It actually "confederates" the defeated faction with yours the mod presents you with choices to let them join, and the 2.2 patch doesn't allow you to revive a faction if it has confederated already.

Found another bug with the empire where after a certain number of turns settlements can no longer be returned to electors / electors reinstated, do you have any idea how a fix for this could be achieved?

Update :
Redownloaded, retried. Still doesn't work. turn 81 to 91.
Of course I assume it should be available, because, I have 10 Fealty with most of the remaning electors count, with pending confederation since 30+ turns.
