i really like this ship,its a great base to improve :)

make the rail go back all way to bridge, if you set the crew right it shouldnt make any issues.
you could improve defence a lot by adding some capasitors in your front section and move the quarters for PD and shield supply near it.
an extra thruster on the very front would make the ship way mor maneuverable.
biside this, very nice design
