@Nikminer one quip the definition of a veto in organizational structures is not no limiting mechanisms, that is more like the definition of a king or a dictator. Veto is just the ability of a person to override a decision. It can have a whole array of limits to it.

@clown, It's very simple, the developers are limited by internal organizational problems, the right of veto for example (which did not allow me to join the OWB developers), which does not allow me to introduce new team members if suddenly someone from the old guard does not like it, and also because of the lack of mod development regulations, as a result, the devil will break his leg there, due to the fact that they integrated mods without any regulatory changes. The community does not have such problems.

Ok, so the control of a vault or bunker is limited to the starting faction right now, but future updates tied to OWB - main updates will allow other factions to take control of the bunker, did I get that right?

i know this is a WAY out there hope likely for MUCH later in development but if you could make it so you can garrison troops inside and maybe have inside combat that would be a highlight in hoi4 for me and many others

Love the idea behind this. Will make controlling military bunkers and Vaults to be more than just controlling a point on the map.
