On size - they don't grow as they get stronger, but they do grow as they age, and it's also just likely that the largest specimens will end up in those chosen units, although the size difference is supposed to be less distinct than it is in the mod currently. I'm intending for it to about match with the tabletop size differences, and the visual changes in equipment (stats already differ) will be coming once I can get it looking alright.
Mass should be tweaked down a little, yes, thanks for the reminder.
Now, I have some feedback: I think 32 entities might be too much, I don't think the Fimir would be so numerous. I suggest 24, the same number of entities as the Ogre Bulls, a lower tier unit.
I know you specified you're looking for someone with modelling abilities, so I'll say this: it doesn't really make sense for the Fimir Warriors to be smaller than their elite counterparts. Fimir don't really grow as they get stronger, like Orcs. So I could be better if their difference is mostly shown in their armor and equipment.
Also, their mass is the same, but shouldn't it be a little lower?
