Your mod makes Victoria 3 economy building from terrible to acceptable. That said, i think /10 on goods is a tad much, i'd have settled for 50%.

Shouldn't the construction (100) and the infrastructure (2) requirements to adjust as well? Like it should be built slightly faster and require less infrastructure?

Base construction and that used in construction site is same command. (country_construction_add)
So It will be impossible to make what you want in easy way. With scripts somewhat possible I assume.

i can its just the fact that i cant play this with any other mod but i figured out this is just a in game bug so the mod is fine its just almost impossible to play with more than 1 mod.

but thats the thing we have exact same checksum mods in the same order and everything even tho we have the same checksum it still says host has different mods than you

Almost any mods (graphical usally not) changing checsum of game. To play with mods in mp all members of lobby need to match checsum by using exactly same mods.
If mods are same but checsum is different - someone modified files themself or not paying attention while matching.

i cant seem to play this with other mods in mp with friends for some odd reason its breaks the checksum same with your other mods do you think this is something you are able to fix or is this just paradox being paradox.

Whole concept of investment pool is paradox cringe mechanics - insted of capitalist making their own sings (like in Vic2) you basicaly running planned economy all the time.
Dont have simple solution for that.
I could make /5 version if its a lot of request

Great mod. Some slight feedback. I discoverd that worker wages are not paid from the investement pool because they are govemernt wages. The investement pool only pays for the goods. So that gives you a weird situation where your investement pool is increasing but you can't build more construction sectors because the wages need to be paid from tax money and you are already running a deficit.

This might be a complicated fix but a hack might be to increase the input goods a bit from /10 -> /5.
