Bro, you forgot the one mandatory, lol, not really but it is very nice and helpful for your potential and future subscribers to know. Is it ironman compatible, I think most of us, least i hope most of us, run at least 3 to 5 vanilla campaigns on new paradox games, or updated PDX games with new achievements, so we can hit some of those awesome achievements before diving into the incredible work of our illustrious modders. Anyway, enough hyperbole language, is it Ironman Compatible? I know map mods in the past have been tricky in this regard and am wondering if it will break my achievement accruing ability or not, have a good one bro, and thank you for sharing your creativity with the PDX community!

Is there a way to adjust the level it changes from the political to terrain map mode? I like the mod but just wish it went to terrain one level earlier.

precisely what i wanted at the exact zoom level i wanted. i have to play on low graphics because the game hates my laptop and the low graphics are reallyyyy ugly on the terrain map. i dont know why paradox took away the different map modes.

part of eu4 is being able to use all these map modes easily to see all the information you need quickly. i guess the problem is states work a lot differently. i miss simple terrain map mode but war doesnt work that way anymore :(

Why does this mod have the expansion, gameplay, and total conversion tags? It's just a basic graphical map mod.

@AWeaselNamedJack yes this is intended. Removing the paper map on the highest level makes the regular ocean graphics look really ugly and is just not immersive.

When zooming out. The map reverts to the original style. Is this intended?

I got it working @andy, just dealing with a lot of mod incompatibility issues lol. Too many cool mods and I can't pick my favorites to keep past this one.

it works for me, so I assume you guys have other map mods installed, files changed or anything like that, perhaps? I've tried with both my internal version of the mod and the Steam workshop version, and they both work fine :)

Strange, lol. Every time I try joining my friend I can't join due to checksum being changed.. might be some host option or something because I only have this mod installed. Thanks for the quick reply anyways, great mod.

@CumGuzzler XXXVI it works in multiplayer, I've tested it myself. Virtually every mod changes the checksum because they change the game's files. But it does work in mp, so you must've done something else

Why does it change checksum? is that just an inherent feature of Victoria 3 map mods? Couldnt play with this in MP because of it :(

@Generalissimo Should not increase CPU usage I believe, if anything it's less demanding since there is less terrain to show, but I don't have the exact science :)

Your videos are awesome! For curiosity is this mod more intensive on the CPU? I noticed a spike on frame drops when I was using it so I am curious.
