just a minor inefficiency i see with the mining platform: It would probably be better to move the storages nearest to the edges to the edges, as this would improve speed on short distance routes as storage, as a room, has 50% speed. at that rate move the second nearests also one tile closer to the edge and place a conveyor loop in the centre.
