What about germany?The bottom of the German flag is red,and if some puppet states are also red,it will result in the puppet flag remaining only in black and white

Does anyone know why Germany doesn't have subjects with cantons? Prussia does as well as the NGF but once it forms it won't show

In vanilla game, some nations don't have the small suzerain flag in their flag since it's the same type of subject. Does anyone know why this happens?
