Indeed, every mod that change game mechanics is not achievement compatible.

This mod was not designed with mod compatibility in mind, beside I don't know how to make it compatible with other mods.

not work :c, i mean the techs appear first as expected, only they don't let me make the laws because they tell me I don't have the cultural requirements. Maybe it is not compatible with the Culture Expanded mod?

This mod doesn't seem to work for me. The text in cultural fascination window changes to the new one but I can't access the succession laws
