Have you tried copying the decals of one colour and then pasting it with a different colour? For example copying the black decals and then pasting it in as blue.

if i do that it will turns the scouts dark Orange blue...or visa versa

You could go into decal mode, copy the colour you want and paste it over.

ohh the carrier is to big to even fit(unlike the jackson's revenge), cant even recenter it.
by my thing is, when messing around with he ships i spawned the scout inside the pheonix. and it looks pretty good, just wish i could carry over the paint properly instead of having to hand paint it

And the carrier was painted before the option of 3 different decal colors existed.

Not really, the reason I have for example black before blue or blue before black is because in some cases I need the black to be on top of blue and other cases blue on top of black.

also i noticed that even though the color scheme is the same for all ship the order is different, as in one ship the blue with be decal 3 and another it will be decal 2, is there an easy way to fix this? so they all have the same unified color scheme?
