@Milatus yes follow the instructions described below

Load the Vicky3 Launcher
Goto "all installed mods"
Find "Hospitals for everyone"
Click the triple dots and select "show in folder"
open the "common" folder
Rename the "modifier_types" folder to "modifier_type_definitions"
That should fix it

I researched tge hispital and renamed the folder but it writes that 0 is maximum of building

I was able to make it work. i can post how I did it, make a separate hotfix mod, or privately tell the mod maker what changes need to be made.

@bagetbaget Can you update the mod please? In previous versions, it was playable even when working incorrectly, but since the current version it does not work. Technologies do not provide levels of construction, as a result of which the building cannot be built since the maximum level remains at 0.

I just wanted to say that this looks way too OP. Especially with infrastructure bonuses. You can practically eliminate mortality with additive numbers..

Workers would probably give a mortality reduction and government run a birth rate increase.

@bagetbaget fix [common\modifier_types] [Hospital_mod_modifier.txt] file. copy and paste in that file. if we make luxury used normal stuff, need to another setting. and this make need huge mount liquor. i think need some fix

Great idea, but I have some suggestions; I don't know if some things are implemented that I will say or not, anyway ...

1) I imagine that the developers have virtually simulated the improvement of hygienic conditions and of diagnostic and medical intervention techniques according to the level of technology; I mean that with this mod all those increases in births and reduction in mortality should only be achieved by building hospitals and nothing else that is achievable on an "abstract" level

2) allow the ai and the player to build hospitals
2.a) reduce the construction time of other buildings even slightly
2.b) make the construction of buildings a little more permissive in terms of resources

@bagetbaget Thanks for understanding! I'd still recommend switching out the colour for blue or green (the cross itself is fine). I know some games and mods such as Hearts of Iron IV and Prison Architect got into trouble for it since the symbol is protected under international law (in this case the Geneva Conventions). It's just one of those symbols that you need to be careful with if not using them in their very specific legal context.

Real life hospitals are (if not run by government) private companies who may get financed by government but mostly get financed by private investors who exploit people health for business. Thats why private patients are treat as VIPs and common state health insurance patients are second class in hospitals because the health insurance pays way less for treatment than private insurances. Otherwise good mod.

You should add capitalists instead of clergymen and put out the bureocrats. Hospitals arent run by people who like ill people its run by money because in the end of the day someone wants to profit from healing patients and selling legal drugs.

Thanks, I didn't know about that. But if you believe Wikipedia, then at the time of the start date in the game, the red cross did not exist yet. Let's imagine that this is not a cross, but a crossroads that happened to be there by accident

Fyi the Red Cross symbol is legally protected; for hospitals it's better if you use a green cross or blue cross instead

I think it will be a little difficult to achieve realistic values, but in any case, I am ready to reduce or increase the values after reasonable feedback. I haven't played a single game with my mod yet :D it's hard to draw personal conclusions

I'll give it another run later. I was able to get >5% annual pop growth (excluding migration) in a state already on the second tech level. That's cool ofc, but maybe a smidge unrealistic :) I was trying to drown the world in one pop type, but unfortunately my game is a bit too unstable (25 mods already!)

Changed the balance. All values have halved. Now the added level of construction from the studied technology looks like this 5/10/15/20 i.e. a maximum of 50 pieces in the area
