в коде есть несколько разных спрайтов но реализованы только по одному виду на тип.
Насчет кусаться то скорее просто геймплейная.

Do all the genes have visual effects or can you take the genes without the visual effects?

Finally, I found time to look at what the developer changed there, and he directly changed the code associated with genes, so it's not surprising that everything broke, right now I sort of figured it out, I'll finish it and update the mod to a working version.

Just for visibility. This mod caused crashes when using some of the genes originally. I gave a fix for it, but the author didn't update the mod, so nyx made a fixed version of the mod available at https://steamhost.cn/steamcommunity_com/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=2908713416
the 21.6.0 update to the game then broke both the temp fix version, and the unbroken genes from this mod. I've already submitted a fix for the 21.6.0 update in the comments of the temp fix version.

can confirm, iirc, it's something about unresearched genes caused by the new mini update, all genemods that i know are busted atm

yea crashes for me to when i put cat gene in normal splicer

combining cat gene and dog gene then applying in a standard gene splicer causes game crash.

For some reason, Wolf genes are listed as an affliction or something. Gene got removed by station doctor.
