is there a way for you to make custom colors that the player can pic themselves in an order or something (crafted with pet licenses + rainbow dye in @ tinkerer's workshop)

Ported to 1.4.4.x.
The License should now work in vanity slots -- it not was an oversight on my part.
Additionally, this change should be present in the 1.4.3 version as well (provided I didn't mess up publishing somehow).

The effects of this mod only take place if you have the Forged Developer Signature equipped in either an accessory slot or a vanity accessory slot. There is no config or setting to permanently enable the colors.
