Idk if this is the intention, and if it is then thats fine, but if its not then you should add back all of the base game entries for those two pop need groups and just add yours alongside them.
But mainly it was to bring coca as a good and to explain why so many people get the cocaine addiction trait
Might add a cocaine making building later
Could rebalance cola as a good but I am limited on how to actually do that apart from breaking compatibility with other mods
