@TOON the mod still works with 1.5, but you'll get some duplicate characters that have since been added to the base game and not removed from ECCHI

I see a lot of people asking for a 1.5 update, but does anyone know if it actually needs one?

Hi, it's been a long time.

I'm preparing to release a mod that adds the Wikipedia feature to ECCHI, like my Historical Figures mod. The new mod overrides the ECCHI's /common/character_templates/ folder only, so it still requires ECCHI. Also, the mod removes the redundant vanilla characters and adds historical flags to the ECCHI characters.

Please tell me whether I can release the mod or not. Thanks.

Made a quick fix submod for this that just marks all the characters as historical so they get the fancier portrait frame. Makes no changes, otherwise.

With numerous historical folk announced to be implemented in-game with the 1.3 update, what will be you course of action with them?

I like this mod in theory, but too many US Intellectual leaders end up with non-Intellectual traits that make their party the opposite of what its supposed to be. Is this by design?

Also, aren't some of these characters kinda niche? Seem like there are too many writers (and even just inspirations for writers) crowding out the actually relevant historical figures of the time.

Does it add heirs like Nicholas ii, Wilhelm ii, etc? I ask just in case i have to install another mod (alongside this one) to have them...unless vanilla already had them lol

Funny moustache watercolor painter, Stalin, Lenin, Mussolini and Rosa Luxemburg are all already in the mod bruh, it's just not a garunteed spawn because they have to be drawn from a pool of characters but they do appear

Is this compatible with a mod called "western clothing". It's a mod that gives you a decision to change your characters to western clothing (for those nations that don't use it).

I'd suggest two italian characters to add: the count of Cavour (basically an italian Bismarck) and Mazzini (the guy that got the ball rolling in the first place by gathering popular support across italy with revolts he led). They could lead the intelligentsia/land owners and the intelligetsia/trade unions respectively
