@Plasma, when you boot up the game, the title music that is playing is titled "Journey's Beginning" internally which is from the 1.4 update. It is "Here to stay" here. If you click on the sun/moon and move it, it changes the menu to 1.3 and starts playing the classic title music which is "Soundscape to Ardor". I just listed everything in the same order as the official wiki does it, I see how it can be confusing, sorry.

This music pack is great, but I feel like some of the songs listed in the description aren't the ones actually playing? For example, I want to figure out what the title theme is but for me its a completely different track from "Soundscape to ardor." Was this changed? Does anyone know the actual tracks name?

@Spectre22 No, you only have to switch to otherworldly music by using the party girl NPC.

do i have to buy the otherworldy pack for these songs to apear??

@Alicestein Yeah that exactly, it was happening at least in overworld forest and in underground ice biomes, those are the two situations I at least remember. Will try again if you did an update thanks!

I've converted all the .mp3's into .ogg's and the issue seems to be gone. Will keep it that way.

@Sinde, do you mean when you change the biome you're in the volume drops to 0% in the settings? I've had that happen before, but it was so rare I never got to look into it and then I completely forgot about it. I might have a fix for that now though.

Great choices, too bad they don't loop, so the music just ends and have to go enable it back in settings.
