I guess not, there are some mods already out there what you're looking for i guess. Im tweaking and adding more things to https://steamhost.cn/steamcommunity_com/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=2883964912 though, so maybe there is coming something you're looking for, too, or maybe similar. ;)

You consider making vice base mod for economics? Something to cover various different drinks(different liquor/ales, sodas, coffee), prostitution, gambling, opium, weed/thc(think Jazz and 30s), cigs/tabbacy/dip, and any drugs from the era?
