I, uh...wow.
+2-4 Evade dice power, Evade recycling versus defensive dice, plus AoE true damage based on unused Evade dice? Ouch.
Also, I'm not sure if Defragmentation is supposed to be void of effect text, but it might be good to at least put something down about what it does...
