it was called "Settebello" and "Arlecchino" (the settebello it had 7 wagons and the arlecchino only 4)

nope. This is how PKP Intercity imagines (advertising renders) the future appearance of BIPA wagons (very iconic in Poland, currently on the verge of extinction). I designed only locomotives to fit the wagons. (rightly commented BIPA 2.0 :)))
