@Aemesh - I've not seen a submod anywhere for it. I'm not looking to upkeep more mods at the moment but it looks to be a relatively simple submod to set up.

In terms of tables I believe all you would do would be to create a db under building_effects_junction_tables and then for each column:

Building: wh2_main_hef_settlement_minor_4
Effect: dd_hef_upgrades_splendour_maximum_mod
Effect Scope: building_to_faction_own
Value: 7
Value Damaged: 7
Value Ruined: 7

Based on what Dirty Dan has set up for the Tier 4 Major Settlements.

If you already know how to use RPFM it's two minutes work. If not I would highly recommend, it's relative simple once you get going (for these kind of submods anyway).

Thank you for this submod! i am wondering if there's an easy fix or a different submod in the works for Alarayn's Tier 4 Minor Settlements mod (been trying to search but nothing in the workshop that I can see) As it stands, tier 4 buildings from that mod don't provide max splendor.

Hey, just wanted to say this submod is awesome, super helpful as it was just what I was looking for for my campaign.
Would you have any interest in looking into the "Warband Upgrade Ultimate" mod by BAGHolder and adding these modded units into the upgrade tree for the high elves?
