Hi, unfortunately right now I have no way to provide more detailed “how to” but later I will upload my new texture pack for signs, roads and terrain which will include reworked version of this mod.

It's amazing how important having familiar signs and markings can be. These are fantastic.

Hopefully, someday, 3Division adds a simple method for asset replacement so that those who are not so great with file structure can enjoy things like this too.
