The menu can be re-activated by activating eternal views, i.e. pressing F2 or F3.

it works somewhatish with the tokyo for me now, as in if i pilot the carrier i can select to warp fighters over, but that menu i cant seem to open once i closed it, something ill have to figure out, cus otherwise id have to get up from the seat and back in :p tho the carrier on its own doesnt warp the S ships. But thanks for the help and the time you spend on helping me out on this one, appreciated! :)

@Contex Greenbrier Just did some test and it seems to be working fine on my side.

The mod also requires kuertee_ui_extensions which is only available on Nexus. I just checked the description and it seems I accidentally deleted this info (it was there in previous versions).

The primary weapon approach is deprecated. Now warp function is always on for the applicable carrier. Tokyo should be able to warp. I will test it this evening.

i did try the raptor, but thats out of the picture now then, i also tried the tokyo, i read somewhere that the carriers are supposed to have a "primary" weapon slot active with the warp module in place, but i couldnt find any carrier with that.

what might be the issue, do i need all the DLCs? Because i do not own some DLCs

I had little time to play and test the update for 7.0. I will try to do some test with 7.1 this weekend.

Which carrier were you using? Not all carriers have warp ability. Only the vanilla XL ones (except for Raptor) can warp. You can check the warp stats in the encyclopedia.

my carriers dont warps the S subordinants at all, they deploy normally and then just use their regular drive to slowly fly to the target, i tried to put them on "interdict" and "attack", but that didnt change anything either.

i tried manual warping by being in the carrier, found no option to do so, used a S ship while nearby my own carrier, or docked on my own carrier, no options to warp either.

I know i might be missing something, i just cant figure out what

@Contex Greenbrier Carrier automatically warp deploy direct S subordinates, no need for player input.

There are some cases when player can manually warp, as explained in the description. Namely:
1. When player is piloting a carrier.
2. When player is piloting an S ship and there is an allied/owned carrier nearby.
3. When player is piloting an S ship and docked on an allied/owned carrier.

自1.4(1.6)版起拦截(轰炸)就可用跃迁了。但是拦截想用跃迁必须要求被拦截目标周围有可作为跃迁目的地的大型舰船。轰炸需要小飞机出击时目标在跃迁范围内。

停靠母舰的寻路是游戏本身的问题,而且beta版换新碰撞检测库后已经大幅改善了。

玩家手动控制的设计目标就是把所有功能开放给玩家并且尽量避免人工智障替玩家做决定。因此召回应由玩家决定。第一视角难以分辨可以尝试在F3视角或者地图界面通过右键菜单召回。

能否分离一个(跃迁召回),以防止飞机卡着,加快飞机回收停靠速度。
条件
1.在母舰1KM范围
2,监测到飞机要停靠
3.达到上两个条件的飞机跃迁召回一次,然后计时约120S,如还没停靠再跃迁召回一次,再计时,重复执行。
4.跃迁召回位置为母舰正上方(重点),其它方向会有可能会被母舰卡着。

建议:
1.AI紧急跃迁触发条件(“逃跑”行为)取消掉,因为战机都会死战到底,不会逃跑,除非是只装鱼雷导弹武器并打光库存的。

2.玩家的“跃迁召回”命令必须要选中要跃迁的小(重点)飞机才可以用,但是玩家在第一人称下根本看不见5KM以外的小(重点)飞机,而且还要分辨众多乱飞的飞机残血非常困难。
建议:安5星航母算自动召回

除了S族是10km,其他族的投射器范围都大于等于30km。TER航母的投射器用的是地球人材料。

我全局设置用的是地球人材料,造船也是全地球人材料。但是弹射器用的材料没有转换过来,为此我还要另外搞一条专门产线。。。。

No it will not work with new carriers added by mods. Need to create a Fighter Projector main weapon for each of the new carriers.

You can change that by modifying the range attribute for all files in \carrier_warp\assets\fx\weaponFx\macros\ , but this would require unpacking the mod. The Nexus mod version is already unpacked so if you decide to do it yourself that might help.

Anyway, I still suggest save edit since that way you can get rid this mod once and for all.

Faction carriers already exist before installing this mod do not have the fighter projector installed so will not use it. However NPC carriers built after installing the mod might have the weapon equipped and thus will try to use warp. As far as I know, only TER has a high possibility of loosing and rebuilding carriers in vanilla.

Not worth the effort. I mostly uninstalled to slim down the game and because I realized I wanted a more authentic carrier experience. I am fine as long as the NPC factions do not use it, all I have to do is not use it myself.
Its a good mod, but it does make fighters all the more powerful when its already capital ships that need the buff.

It is intentional. The mod adds a main weapon slot to carrier which does not exist at all in vanilla. Loading a save created with this mod after disabling it might cause issues.

If you do want to load your save without this mod, decompress your save, opening it with a text editor and remove all (should be one or two) entries with "Carrier Warp" in it. You might want to disable steam cloud sync for X4 before doing the save editing, otherwise your edited save might be overwritten by steam.

Big issue, this mod is NOT safe to remove.
Doing so makes the savegame incompatible, and thus inaccessable.

Ah ok, thanks for clarification. Sad - the docking is the most annyoing part for me from the whole game - sitting waiting waiting waiting...

It is possible to have a ship warp back to the vicinity of the mother ship but not directly to the storage. That means it still has to use the docking pad.

Hi, this would be a great the other way round. Is it possible to warp the ships out of the hangar AND reverse into the hangar. I imagine that the terrans could do somehting like "we use next level ship deployment" not this old school landingpad.

Fast out - fast in. Would this be possible? Thanks for your work
