Everything is coming along good. We both took a little break for some rest and to think about things.

Awesome, all i can ask is to look into it, i cant ask for more :-) But its deff a high damage gun. Though does use lot of ammo so not sure how balance. Also for the recoil.... cant do that part sadly. And has high armor penetration.

Excited that your even looking at idea :-) Just as long as doesnt detract from rest of mod :-)

you're fine, youre not spamming :) I'll look into a warthog gun, but trying to get a propper brrrt sound is...really hard, i did try to add custom sounds to the guns, but i kept coming up with sound bugs and they never sounded as intended which sucked

And dad was airforce and i got to see them in person doing practice attack runs at targets... sound and blast was insane! The rounds pretty big for a GUN also! Have one that missfired "ya bad idea give to a kid but what can i say lol" in storage from one of their runs :-)

Dam im posting too much... But it gave me a idea for a personal request. If too much work atm i understand not implementing it.

Add the gun from the warthog! It would work on a small grid not sure on large grid but would also be sweet. But thing about it is to balance the massive dammage it can do "Its not super accurate, its a spray and pray with 1,000s of rounds per second lol" is make it size limiting. As in "for life om me drawing blank on fixed weapons sizes block wise.." But lets say normal fixed gun would be 2 blocks BODY and 4 Blocks Barrel. Make body like 6 blocks and barrel around 6 as well for example. Many dont know the plane is just built around the weapon. More a platform to move the gun then a "system" on the plane. Plane IS the gun lol

Keep subid same, would make too much work. Now im not saying SHOULD change display name though. More of a explaination to other guy as to why its not really needed. And thought you might like the info just to know :-)

I think majority will vote keep same name as is. I dont know how set up settings in this game for a mod.. But wuld a small toggle be doable to change display name but not SUBID? Im thinking would need add new subid.. which defeats purpose of keeping ID's the same as is so doesnt cause conflics.

But now adays your likey get quizical looks if say rotary, but people will know what your mean if say gatling. Though probably due to old mafia movies and such in US with the tommy gun. "Ok wasnt exactly mafia but ya lol"

The subtypeID name will need to stay gatling gun or its gonna cause ID issues

Though "last post so i dont spawn sorry "Sparky" Like on Warthog "Tank killer" its main gun is a rotary weapon. But modernizsd Gatling cannon firing "i have shell some where but forget size.. you can google it :-) it is big btw lol" with a eltric system i believe sorry memory bit rusty been while since saw one in person. And its a rotary but like old gatling of history concept is the same. Love the warthog "they changed the planes name to some thing dumb.." so just had to mention it as examplre :-)

Ya the term gatling been used in movies and games for so long, your fighting up hiull battle to try get people change now.....
Gatling-
The Gatling gun had six metal barrels arranged in a circle and mounted on a wheeled cart. As the gun's operator turned the crank, a bullet entered a barrel from a magazine and then rotated to the firing position. more people would recognise gatling over rotary. So while changing it be fine. I am thinking more would understand it better as Gatling. Not sure how inbedded the name is in the mods code. So might be easy change.. or not.

While I haven't been testing this I would like to make a suggestion and a request:
-(suggestion)change Gatling gun/cannon/turret to rotary gun/cannon/turret(as it's more technically correct(the best kind of correct))
-(request, if it isnt already a thing and/or planned) a small grid minigun that takes rifle magazines similar to the micro rotary cannon turrets

I like to use mostly those on small grid small builds. Or large grids as defense turrets. Keeping up with ammo at times a pita lol

Thinking more inline as close in anti fighter/missile systems. Or "npc/pests" defenses. Dont need to be able handle a dreadnuaght hehe But if could be anti missile/small drone turrets be great.

Current feedback so far
• remove the computer, steel plate, and H2 bottles from the missiles
• lower the radius on the stinger missile
• up the materials needed for all the turrets
• up the range for the gatling guns
• up the damage + range for the tri barrel gatling
• double the explosive rounds for the snippers
• Lower/Rework small grid inventory sizes on all guns
• Unsparkyfy favurite to favourite on Long Tri Barrel:
• Change Never The Less to Nevertheless on small tri barrel

Lol every time i see that i cant help but want to ask SEM about weapon core lol Im not big on weaponecore. Im fine either way. I do use a few weapons mods from it. But never used many yet.

I was considering it and jumped at the chance the minute hand weapons came out, but it was a buggy mess and i didnt even understand it, and apparently its easy, despite the lack of tutorials or documentation, and ontop of that, that hand weapons weren't ready for release, I did ask how the progress was and i was told patience, then an hour later, darkstar has it "ready"
