The game is so unknown to people that unfortunately there are no pre-extracted sounds online sadly

I suspended all work on Psi-Ops.
Once upon a time I found a way to convert sounds using code changes, but the method was very long and I had to convert each sound individually. It is easier to search for already extracted sets of sounds on the Internet.

Weapons & grenades next? Also, do you know how to get the sound files working from this game? They’re all .med files which I can’t play or convert :/
