In case you were wondering what was up with the mod, the problem with it was that CA's assembly kit has stopped worked for me and I could not find a resolution for that.
However, I managed to make my new startpos mod suit mixer, so big progress has been made and the work is gonna continue.

I'm currently working on a new mod that will:
1. Keep all the changes of Empcon
2. Integrate Brecon
3. Add in new features (New Buildings for the Empire)
4. It will also have come with a separate mod which will increase building slots
5. Will increase the basic income.

I mean that the default Southern Realms factions get the same additions that Empire does. And you can access that with Mixer.

The Academy is back, some changes were made to it, mainly because I couldn't find the effect for the +1 Lord Recruit Rank, so instead it gives +1 Lord & Agent Recruit Rank, but no longer gives +4 rank for the Imperial Captains. Also, it's available to the Southern Realms, so it's no longer called Imperial Academy. Overall, I believe it's better. I'll give it some more attention when I recover, but for now, it's good as it is. It's a useful building.

The standard port chain is supposed to give more than the riverport.
And the industry is not supposed to give the same amount as in vanilla.

It's most likely a compatibility issue, likely you have a mod that gets in the way of building effects.

I just recently tried this mod and it looks very fun. Some things I noticed is that the Imperial Wharf gives the same as regular medium river ports (not sure if that is intentional), and industry gives the same income as in vanilla (unless I messed something up during install)

Would you be able to bring back the Imperial Academy? it was my favourite building and the +1 to Lord Recruit Rank made it one of the most valuable assets the Empire had.

There are a couple of duplicate keys for buildings and effects in the mod. Just a heads up , you might want to clean it up in rpfm.

I had been unable to reproduce the problem since the economic buildings all showed up for me on base Empcon with no extra mods, as far as the rest, it's fully operational again.

Oh, and it goes without saying but the update will break your campaigns. So if you're having any, don't have Empcon on.

So far, the economic buildings all work fine from what I tested. Since the armory doesn't serve a key military/production anymore, it's going to turn into a more economic building. It'll still give armor and experience + global/local recruitment, but it will also give more money. It will probably become a little more expensive, though.

Okay, so updates so far. I've restored the armory chain to operational capacity, but it's going to undergo some changes because of the update. It's becoming a more economic building than it is military. Might increase in price as well. The update should be ready today or tomorrow. The rest seems to be working as is.

@Reitschuster Some of the Empire Buildings have been moved, namely the Cav Recruitment is now a Military Support Building, as is the Gunsmith. Gun infantry is now recruited from a new line of recruiting buildings. Otherwise, not much has changed in terms of Empire Buildings

i have a number of mods installed along side this mod, so it may not be broken - but all the economy buildings are not showing up, though the tailor shop has increased in its income - so its there just not the other buildings

Personally, I’d be more in favor of a unique new building chain that introduces new things on top of existing changes made to the armory chain, because as things are described, it mostly boils down to being a compatibility issue with SFO and Radious, something I still consider to be their responsibility to deal with since they’re a total conversion that in this context really just infringes on minor mod territory that is based on default game.

I think it’s a good idea, but it’d upset people that like things as they are, because even with the biggest slot unlocker mods there are never really enough slots due to inherent Mixu limitations. It’s best implemented as a submod. In addition, I think dropping changes to the armory chain is not enough to warrant a separate chain, even with profits. Additionally changes should have to be made to make it a viable choice beyond profit and increasing munitions for the local garrisons and armor. The opposite is also a concern, it may potentially make armory a less attractive chain, and it will conflict with the imperial armory submod which is based on making changes to the armory chain as well.
