I'm pretty sure the medium hyperdrive draws power all of the time except when it's powered off entirely.
Which I imagine is not intended, since--I think--the small hyperdrive doesn't do that.

This works in the latest version in my game, it's just missing the tag for "Compatible Versions"

在船编辑器中将小型超驱动器重命名为“小型超驱动器(20)”。

基本上显示了hyperium的容量。



必须首先进行研究。

需要控制室和小型超空间驱动器。

Mh yeah I should probably look at the efficiency then for an update.

I'm not sure if a big hyperdrive is worth doing at this point.
There's a good chance the developers are gonna put in bigger hyperdrives at some point with the only one being called "small".
The question is how long will that take?

Mh ... I'll think about the big one.
If I can't hold back I might just do it. XD

hyper drive efficiency is the effectiveness of the hyper drive basically the higher the hyper drive efficiency the lower the cost to hyper drive is, i recommend if you haven't done so yet increase the efficiency range of you hyper drive as it is bigger if you know how to. i would also like to see a large hyper drive as well (4x4)

I couldn't figure out how to overwrite a different mods tech or fields, so I made a tech tree version for now.

yes but it may only work as a seperated mod (see my mods, because it requieres modification in tech settings of your mod).
Maybe it is possible to create an "override" mod for your mod to make it compatible

Not entirely sure what that means.
It can take more hyperium.
Do you mean the amount it uses for a certain distance?

Yeah, I guess. This only took a day though.
First mod I made to see how hard it is.
Most of the work is making the sprites.

You do realize the developer is probably going to implement the medium and large hyperdrives to the game on his own eventually, right? Otherwise, why call the existing unit the 'small hyperdrive'?

Just realized the small hyperdrive has 20 hyperium capacity.
For whatever reason I put 16 in the name.
But that's just text.
Will fix that with an update tomorrow probably.
