A really nice idea for a mod! This adds more depth to the game bacause you'll have to think a bit in advance if you do not want to burn money. I appreciate such mods.

Yes, it is just adds additional mechanic to add a penalty for bulldozing areas of your city by making it cost (similar to eminent domain). The cost takes into consideration the area, population and level of the building. I made this for myself to add more difficulty to the game and make city changes more punishing, and just thought I'd share.

It's just costing additional money if you bulldoze something, if i understood correctly... have not yet checked the code

There are many Bulldoze mods in the workshop. What does this mod gives, which could be different?
