@Lada_Enjoyer If your question is if doors are animated or not, they are not. This vehicle works as any other vanilla vehicle. No modeled interior, no animations.

i own a gen 2 4x4 xj sport, i love this mod, i just wish the vehicle didnt get damaged so fast, and low key the off road performance isnt fantastic, id love a version that classes it as a heavy duty vehicle considering it is an SUV made for trail blazing, but this mod is fantastic, and the modling is top notch <3

@Tnaz.v Have you installed this mod using a modpack? I don't think my mod is causing any problems because nobody else has told me anything since it was last updated in November 2022.

I love this jeep mod , I had a few IRL / the only gripe I have is that the fastest I ever got one was 97mph and that was going down hill

can i throw in a second vote for possible animated doors? an XJ was my first vehicle, so as much love as you can throw its way would be much appreciated.

This is one of my favorite old car models and it would be amazing if this also got updated with animated doors and interiors and such like your recent Volvo, if that would be feasible.

No idea if cars with animations are entirely different and would need to be done from scratch, I imagine it's a lot of extra work either way, so understandable if not.

I was able to spawn one in front of me in the server with the debug menu. I'm guessing it means I can find the Jeep in the world!

I've used it in a private server with some friends and it worked as a vanilla vehicle. It should be in the world as it is for solo player. Just add it to the mod list when you create your server and tell your friends to get the mod too. Anyways, when they try to enter your server, a message will tell them which mods to get in order to play in the server if they don't have them downloaded yet.

You can also spawn the Jeep in front of you with the debugger special menus. Its ID is "85cherokee".

Thanks DoomMarine23! I'm still learning a lot about making vehicle mods, this one took me about 6 weeks, and you see it's pretty simple. It was my 4th attempt making a mod. I still have to learn a lot about making them better!

It does not have animations, ixdbxi. Its way to work is exactly the same as vanilla vehicles, but with a different 3D model and textures.

Looks excellent! The only thing that could possibly improve it would be upgrades/armor for it. Otherwise, this is a great first release and fits perfectly with other vehicle mods. I can't wait to see what else you create.

Nice! My daily driver for the past 12 years has been a Jeep Cherokee (XJ), so this was pleasant to find!

Anyways this is cool I love Cherokee's and Filibuster's version is hard to find in the world.
