Better War & Diplo Notifications is included in Victoria III Improvement Collection 維多利亞三世改進系列 (V1.1.0 12/26/22). With 88 working mods. I provide you with the order list you just copy and paste, No sorting manual work needed, enjoy!

@bb Done. I've updated this mod with the general/admiral notifications. Since I like the convoy stuff I created another mod where I removed them while keeping the rest

Either way, whichever works. If there was a way to set how notifications appeared like in Vicky 2, then it would be an amazing QOL mod, for sure!

Love to have a mod for demoting the migration target notifications. There I am, up to my eyeballs in combat on multiple fronts and then HEY! PEOPLE OF PICARDIAN CULTURE ARE EMIGRATING TO NIGER DELTA! THIS IS MORE IMPORTANT THAN YOUR CLASH OF NATIONS!
