This mod was an awesome idea but is now very outdated, using it now reverts all sorts of map data to 2022 numbers, including changing arable_land sizes for many parts of the US.

This is great. I would love to see more mods like this one, as I'm really disappointed in the state modifiers and port locations. Many are missing, and often the ones that do exist are overzealous, such as Virginia getting the Appalachian Mountains decrease in infrastructure when only a tiny corner of the state is in the mountains. I wish the modifier was more like increased infrastructure usage of mining buildings and urban buildings were excluded. But then in West Virginia it makes sense that all buildings need more infrastructure because the whole state is mountains. No major urban center can directly route towards other major urban centers. Honestly I want the penalty to be higher in this case. Or back to ports, where is Texas's port modifier. Half the coast is good deep water harbors. Galveston was rivaling New Orleans in this era...speaking of which, where is Louisiana's port modifier? It's only where one of the world's largest navigable river systems meets the world's oceans.
