2. It was because the light texture brush was on the same plane as the brush underneath it, didn't see it in normal lighting, for some reason it only showed with vertex lighting. I have fixed it now :)
3. I have got another one but it will take more work to finish, not sure when I can get around to doing it.

3. near the tele you got a quite obvious texture bug there (looks like plain caulk, since no textures are reported as missing), Hope you will do an update
