I never found any of my cats on any of the bandits I slew.
Basically singling out solo characters as the only ones to have nearly all their caps stolen every beatdown is an unfair mechanic, and especially so when bandit group inventories reset very fast so by the time you've healed your stomach/chest from -2 or w/e they left them at, all your cats are just gone forever.
Hard as it is, Kenshi is a pretty forgiving game. But your mod singles out solo character sessions to be subject to very unforgiving balance.
Now I know I can get them back lmao.

2018 is a bit risky, but I think if you manage to pop that into the editor and see what errors pop up if any, and check out some possibly missing characters, that might actually still function well!
If you have any suggestions and so on with the other mods, let me know. I use them constantly but I am currently testing a lot of mods at the same time whilst not really doing much playing so there might be some weirdness happening with some of them. Although those mods are pretty straight forward. Hope you like em! And I do have to add, that this mod we are chatting on is incredible.
You have some interesting mods. trying out Crops are Animal Feed and Shops Refresh Less now :)
@Thundercraft Cutpurse https://steamhost.cn/steamcommunity_com/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=1407015378&searchtext=looting is the one I found, but it's pretty old, don't know if it still works well or how balanced it is.
Here. It would have taken forever if I didn't write a script that semi automated it :D
I still don't find any others to add money / cats to groups, aside from adding cats to shopkeepers or caravans so they can afford to buy more stuff from players.
But, searching again, I now see several that change the weapons and/or armor of groups, often giving them more and better stuff than before. Some examples:
"Outlaws and Bandits Redone"
"Shek Bandits Reimagined"
"Cannibals Expanded"
"Minor Faction Overhaul - Skeleton Bandits"
Can anyone name drop some mods that add money-items to bandits, cannibals or similar groups?
I've browsed the workshop many times over the years and bookmarked many mods. But about the only mod I'm familiar with like this is "Shinobi Thieves have more Cats".
Later I started losing money. Probably through that corpse.
1. Does this corpse despawn?
2. Am I fated to lose everything what I gain from now on?
The issue with Kenshi is, that if you try to limit the dialogue through races and there is a bonedog or some other animal in someone's party, that animal will shield the whole party from robberies. Unless there is something that I can't think of right here and now, it's one of those things that has to happen unless the devs revert the change back.
I think some mods now rely on this new opened dialogue, like some animal husbandry mods. Let's see if the creator of this mod has any ideas.
It might be separated in multiple items depending on how much he stole : For example if he stole 23 500 cats from you, there will be two stack of 10k/each, three stack of 1k/each and a final five stack of 100 cats/each ;)
Anyways, great mod! It's a godsend!
This is making me be cautious in kenshi much more than before.
