It will skip the dependency. That's the beauty of it. If dependency isn't enabled in Playset etc, It will skip the dependency and load the mod normally.

@udkudk Honestly I never did that, will check in free time. But I intended to have them both work separately as well, so not sure if dependency is necessary? What will happen, when OMiO have dependency on OOtRTA but OOtRTA is not loaded? Will it skip or break?

Great mod. Can you add an dependency of "Other Markets in Outliner" to One Outliner to Rule Them All mods metadata.json file?
This will make it so, if "Other Markets in Outliner" is enabled as well, game will load Other Markets in Outliner 1st then load other.

I fixed your bug that a country is still in market list after it's annexed or it joined another market, and added Chinese localization.
