Oldhammer: Bramble Spiders - standalone
Once again I offer you the possibility to just upload it on your own, would be better for visibility. But I'd understand if you wouldn't want to deal with the mods continuity, it's not as low maintenance as a reskin haha.
And if you have any remark about the mod's page/title/pics, just tell me.
Consider this a thank you for all of your mods, the Oldhammer stone troll reskin is one of my all-time favorite in the entire workshop, no joke. :)

This link should work?
So, I went kinda all-in, and made both normal and malevolent versions, made them available for wood elves and Alarielle, and gave them an extra bitty bit of love since the non-malevolent version was kinda underwhelming without frenzy.
I made shitty unit and upgrade cards by rotating green to pink colors - I then tried to use CA's mask but I couldn't get it done without losing lot of details. Not sure if it's because of my free tools or if I'm just not experimented enough, but it's kinda working, I guess...
The only thing left to do is changing the actual model of the unit, like just swapping all the green (folliage, veins and eyes) to pink/purple. I'm sure it's super easy to do, but I have no clue to where even start, so I thought maybe you could give me a hand with that last bit ? (or just point me to the right direction)
It's just a one line drop really, there's a description of Drycha's army in the book, and the spiders are just mentionned this once in passing, so there's not much to go on. I was just tired of seeing the same bloody spiders everywhere, and I really liked how CA approchaed Drycha as a WE faction, but at the same time her own thing (I so wished they did the same with Ostankya) so I made a reskin so they at least look different. I often do that, and people chime in and upgrade the lazy thing I made (like for Putrefus) haha.
Anyway, in short, they were just spiders described as made of wood, theer was nothing to work on, so your guess is as good as mine, as a fellow deaf-mute ;)
I got enthusiastic and went the extra miles to actually incorporate them in Drycha's roster, they now benefit from tech and skill trees aswell as aspect upgrades.
But, if you'd want to, I'd like your opinion on the way I try to incorporate your awesome work into the game, since I have not read the novels I trust your vision to be more lightened, I'll just be your executive.
I won't flood your comment section, so I just wrote my thought process in the descripion.
Here's the upgraded version
So I made a stand alone version .
And since I was in here I slightly adjusted their stats to fit the tree spirit theme, everything is detailed in the description.
The mod is unlisted, feel free to upload it on your own, leave it as unlisted but with a link on your page, or whatever you prefer. :)
I would love to be able to use them with Durthu and have a more powerful version to keep using them in the late game. Ty
