Report a translation problem
The way the UI works here is really confusing. In the default game, the highest strength XP rate you can get shows as 50% as in the UI for some reason.
In the editor, I set the XP rate to 200%, so the in game UI should show it as 100%.

Is this like a UI error on my part?
If your intention to raising strength is just by beating stronger opponents then you can reach 70 strength in about 80-100 days. Pretty neat!
had one playthrough where i was playing a solo character and when walking around the map i made sure to always be overencumbered and carry a body around unless i was fighting/doing stealth stuff/running away and by day 200 you'd imagine i'd already be at level 100 but nope, i was at level 96
strength gets like 5x harder to level up once you make it to level 90 it seems, i don't doubt that by day 300 i still wouldn't be at max level strength
You've damn well earned it
